Shixing Pharmaceutical Company's 2022 Annual Awards Ceremony Successfully Held

  At 9:18 am on January 13, 2023, Shixing Pharmaceutical Company's 2022 Annual Awards Ceremony was grandly held in the first-floor auditorium of Jinpai Chizhengtang Pharmaceutical. Mr. Xia Zhenqian, Chairman of the Board of Shixing Pharmaceutical Company; Mr. Peng Guangwei, General Manager of Hubei Zhenghan Investment Company; Mr. Wang Nanbai, Deputy General Manager; and Mr. Luo Zheng and Mr. Huang Kuiwang, Department Heads of Jinpai Audit and Supervision Department, were invited to attend the ceremony. The ceremony was presided over by Mr. Wang Haitao, Executive Deputy General Manager. Mid-to-high-level cadres and representatives from various departments (workshops) of the company, totaling 140 employees, participated in the ceremony.

  The ceremony solemnly began with the national anthem. First, General Manager Zhang Xiangyang delivered the "2022 Annual Work Report" on behalf of the company, pointing out that in 2022, the company overcame various unfavorable factors and achieved new highs in sales despite the complex and changeable market environment and the severe external situation and challenges. Under the diligent efforts of all employees, the company achieved significant progress in corporate honors, service quality, and safety and environmental protection management. The report also pointed out issues that need continuous improvement, and clearly defined the direction and key priorities for 2023's work, namely, to be guided by the five-year strategic development plan, driven by marketing transformation, to fully promote EU certification work, strengthen the implementation of main responsibilities in safety, environmental protection, and quality, adhere to a problem management orientation, concentrate efforts to accelerate the resolution of current pain points and difficulties, and promote the healthy and sustainable development of the company.

  During the awards ceremony, the attending leaders presented awards to individuals and teams who received Best Newcomer Award, Outstanding Operator Award, Model Worker Award, Years of Service Award, Excellent Team Award, Excellent Group Award, Advanced Department Award, Focus Topic Award, Project Innovation Award, and other awards. Certificates of honor and bonuses were awarded . Coinciding with the company's 30th anniversary, the Years of Service Award was newly added to this year's awards ceremony, awarding employees with 20 and 30 years of service with certificates of honor and "Loyalty and Dedication Award" and "Outstanding Achievement Award" trophies, to commend advanced individuals and set examples, further motivating and encouraging all employees to reach new heights in their work. A total of 3 3 employees, 10 teams, and 8 projects won awards.

  Award-winning employee representatives shared their acceptance speeches and future work plans, and they will take this as a new starting point, continue to uphold the spirit of pragmatism, truth-seeking, and innovation, and contribute their extraordinary strength in ordinary positions.

  Finally, Chairman Xia Zhenqian delivered a concluding speech. In his speech, ， he affirmed the work achievements made by all employees in the past year under the leadership of the company's leadership team, working together and making every effort, and also pointed out the key issues that the company needs to address in 2023, calling on all Shixing people to enhance their confidence in development, work together and overcome difficulties, to jointly create a new brilliance for Shixing.
