Huangshi Shixing Pharmaceutical Employee Skills Competition

To enhance the overall comprehensive quality of workshop operators, further enrich employees' professional knowledge, strengthen employees' teamwork awareness, and improve employees' business quality, the Production Department organized the 2019 Shixing Pharmaceutical Production Employee Skills Competition in August 2019.

The competition included four events: a skills competition (theory and practice), a packaging skills competition, a "sharp eyes" competition, and a knowledge competition. The competition was conducted fairly, impartially, and openly. The atmosphere was lively and exciting. With the applause of the audience, the contestants fought hard and steadily won. After fierce competition, Hu Fenglian, Lu Zhiqing, Yu Zhihua, Zhang Dongming, and Yuan Wencan won first place in the skills competition; Ke Cuilan and Zhang Yaozhen from Workshop 4, and Ke Yuegui and Liu Gongping from Workshops 1 and 2 won first place in the "packaging skills" and "sharp eyes" competitions respectively; and the team from Workshop 5 won the knowledge competition.

This competition not only demonstrated the excellent operational skills and knowledge of the production employees but also fully showcased the enterprising and positive spirit of Shixing people. As Li Wenhui, the deputy general manager of production, said, through continuous skills competitions, the professional skills and knowledge of production employees have greatly improved, and their morale has been greatly enhanced. The development of Shixing Pharmaceutical relies on the joint efforts and continuous struggle of all employees. In the next stage, we will further improve employee knowledge and skills training and practice, improve the depth and breadth of knowledge mastered by employees, and cultivate a professional and excellent production team for the sustainable development of Shixing Pharmaceutical, making it the eternal driving force for the development of Shixing Pharmaceutical.

The off-season shutdown and maintenance is nearing completion, and new challenges and tasks have been issued. Let each of us at Shixing continue the enthusiasm and passion of the competition to strive for the successful completion of the 2019 annual goals!
