The second "Future Star" training camp of Shìxīng Pharmaceutical has successfully concluded.

Summary: To help graduating college students transition from students to professionals and integrate into society and the company more quickly, the Human Resources and Administration Department organized the second "Future Stars" training camp from July 25th to 28th. A total of 20 graduating college students participated in this activity. This training camp consisted of classroom training and outdoor team-building activities. Classroom lectures and training provided participants with a better understanding of the company's values and vision, and a clearer understanding of the requirements for transitioning from student to professional. This enhanced participants' sense of belonging and loyalty to the company, improved their professional skills, and helped them transition into their roles and integrate into the company more quickly. The outdoor team-building activity at Xiongjiajing Mountain Trail enhanced participants' teamwork, collaboration, and execution, helping them better integrate into the team. In this training camp, the group consisting of Deng Wang, Lei Hao, Wang Limei, Cheng Ruiqi, and Li Chaoxia won the title of "Excellent Group"; Cao Laoqin from the Environmental Protection Workshop won first place for the outstanding student in the second "Future Stars" training camp, and Jiang Mengwen from the QC laboratory and Li Peishang from the Technology Department won second place for outstanding students.
