The 2020 Knowledge and Skills Competition Awards Ceremony concludes successfully

Summary: To enhance employee quality, strengthen team collaboration, and foster a learning atmosphere, the Human Resources and Administration Department organized a 2020 company knowledge competition and labor skills competition awards ceremony on August 14th in the first-floor auditorium of the administration building. The event consisted of a knowledge competition and a skills competition awards ceremony, with over 90 participants. The knowledge competition included four rounds: compulsory questions, quick-answer questions, fun word guessing, and risk questions. The atmosphere was lively, and participants responded calmly and competed fiercely, showcasing a positive spirit and personal charm. After intense competition, Group 2 (Zhao Xing, Liu Shasha, Liu Jinming) won first place, Group 1 (Luo Lan, Huang Chunxiang, Wu Shixiong) won second place, and Group 4 (Liu Xin, Cao Liaoqin, Li Youxing) won third place. Awards were also presented for the results of the 2020 unit and company-level labor skills competitions, recognizing 10 workshop and department-level competitions and 3 company-level competitions. Two workshops and 73 employees received awards for their participation in the labor skills competition. This marks the successful conclusion of the 2020 company labor skills competition. The competition highlighted a number of outstanding employees with exceptional skills. Their diligence, summary skills, and commitment to learning in their daily work have led to rapid improvement in their work skills, setting a good example for all Shixing employees.
